Daren Cotter, Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Daren is a successful entrepreneur with a passion for business and technology. Daren founded CotterWeb Enterprises in 2000, while attending Minnesota State University, Mankato with the creation and development of InboxDollars.com. Since then, he has led the growth of the company, both organically and through the acquisition of SendEarnings.com. Daren manages a variety of business relationships and is actively involved in the planning and development of the company’s technology platforms. Daren holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Computer and Information Systems and a minor in Mathematics from Minnesota State University, Mankato and was named an Upper Midwest Finalist for the 2008 and 2009 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year® Award.

Jack Johnson, Chief Operating Officer

Jack leads the company’s operations team. His career spans three decades in the computer services industry beginning with professional sales at IBM and sales management at General Electric. Jack was Chief Executive Officer at ActiveIQ, a NASDAQ-listed company that was acquired by Stellent and Chief Operating Officer at TelTech Resource Network, a company that was acquired by Sopheon. He was President at Sabre Systems after the company was acquired by Moore Data Management Services and Vice President at National Computer Systems. Jack holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Personnel Management from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Science degree with majors in Quantitative Analysis and Personnel Management from the United States Naval Post Graduate School. He serves on the board of directors at Netbriefings and at Allied Development and was named an Upper Midwest Finalist for the 2008 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year® Award.

Chip Cuccio, Chief Technology Officer

Chip leads the company’s technology team that is responsible for the planning and development of the company’s technology platforms. Prior, he was Director of E-commerce and Web Marketing at Jostens. Chip began his career in technology at Unilever and worked in technology management at Ogilvy and Mather. He has also worked as Director of Web Marketing and Business Analytics Applications at ACNielsen and was Director of Technology Strategy at Fair Isaac. Chip is a graduate of the Dover Business College, School of Information Technology where he studied Networking Technologies and Information Systems Management.

Peter Goldreich, Vice President of Marketing

Peter leads the company’s marketing team that is responsible for brand and product development, member retention, marketing communications and public relations. Peter brings solid experience in consumer marketing and product development from global consumer brands such as Carlson Hotels (Radisson, Country Inns & Suites), Blockbuster, YUM Brands (KFC & Pizza Hut), Marriott and General Foods. He is co-founder of the Gevalia Kaffe coffee membership club and directed Blockbuster’s initial online programs. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics as well as an MBA from Columbia University.

Brad Shapiro, Vice President of Online Media

Brad leads the company’s online media team that is responsible for advertising and marketing research sales and new member acquisition and member retention efforts. Prior, he spent four years building 3GM, a digital strategy consultancy he owned and operated. Brad is an online marketing veteran and he helped Columbia House launch its initial online presence in 1994. Brad has also worked in a variety of management positions and consulting roles at Intel, Date.com, Mail.com, Screenvision and Vidicom. His experience and expertise includes customer acquisition and retention, email marketing, lead generation and online media sales. Brad holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
