Daren Cotter, Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Daren is a successful entrepreneur with a passion for business and technology. He was recently featured in the January 2008 issue of Twin Cities Business as one of 20 People to Watch in 2008. Daren founded CotterWeb Enterprises in 2000, while attending Minnesota State University, Mankato, with the creation and development of InboxDollars.com. Since then, he has driven the growth of the company, both organically and through the acquisition of SendEarnings.com. Daren manages a variety of relationships and is actively involved in the planning and development of the company’s technology platforms. Daren holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Computer and Information Systems and a minor in Mathematics from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Jack Johnson, Chief Operating Officer

Jack is responsible for managing a variety of teams dedicated to corporate governance, finance, human resources and member services. His career spans three decades in the computer services industry beginning with professional sales at IBM and sales management at General Electric. Jack was Chief Executive Officer at ActiveIQ, a NASDAQ-listed company that was acquired by Stellent and Chief Operating Officer at TelTech Resource Network, a company that was acquired by Sopheon. He was President at Sabre Systems, after the company was acquired by Moore Data Management Services and Vice President at National Computer Systems. Jack holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Personnel Management from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Science degree with majors in Quantitative Analysis and Personnel Management from the United States Naval Post Graduate School. He currently serves on the board of directors at Netbriefings and at Allied Development.

Chip Cuccio, Chief Technology Officer

Chip is responsible for leading the company’s technology team and for the planning and development of the company’s technology platforms. Prior to joining the company, he was Director of Web Marketing and Business Analytics Applications at ACNielsen. Chip began his career in technology at Unilever and worked in technology management at Ogilvy and Mather. He was Manager of Technology Strategy at Fair Isaac, as well as Lead Technical Architect. Chip is a graduate of the Dover Business College, School of Information Technology where he studied Networking Technologies and Information Systems Management.

Keith Olson, Vice President of Business Development

Keith is responsible for leading the company’s sales and production teams, managing the company’s sales and production processes and for the development of the company’s strategic initiatives. He manages a variety of relationships with advisors, consultants and strategic partners. Prior to joining the company, Keith worked at Morgan Stanley in their Institutional Securities Group in New York. He has worked at US Bancorp Investments, American Express Financial Advisors and was the Founder and President of Collector’s Connection, a retail business he owned and operated prior to attending college. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Georgetown University.
